Links and References

There are a few sites that I refer to a lot here. Feel free to get yourself acquainted with them if you aren't already.
  • Buddyfight Theory is easily one of the most important sites to me as a Buddyfighter. It's an excellent cram school for new Buddyfighters. In particular, the concepts presented in the budget article have aged like fine wine and still hold up. I frequently reference this blog's articles in my own due to the concepts it mentions and the math Blaise has put behind it. While, yes, it hasn't been updated since Buddyfight Hundred, the non-world analysis articles are extremely worthwhile and even the analysis articles themselves still hold some value.
  • Card Academy, TCGPlayer, Ideal808, and TCGeneration are the shops I tend to cross-reference for prices. There's also Ebay, but I'm not a huge fan of how volatile that market can be. These four sites generally have everything, but Buddyfight's overall availability is annoying. There are also Buddy-mart and Killer Kards, but those are in Singapore, so I try to stick with the others. I like TCGPlayer for ease of use and the occasional kickback sales, but the others sometimes have better stock.
  • Budgetfight Vanguard could be thought of as the parent or sister website to this one, depending on how you look at it. Chang writes for it and it has a lot of budget decks to take a look at. While not related to Buddyfight, this blog has strong ties to it. It hasn't really been updated since 2018, though.
  • AP TCG is my personal blog. It's a little slow since I enjoy writing here more, but there might be something there every once in a while.
  • Buddyspoiler is what I try to use to link all the cards I mention in my articles, assuming they're in the database. If cards aren't in the database there, I just link to the official cardlist or the Wikia until they're in.
  • If you want to talk to me on Discord, you can find me on either my server or the Buddyspoiler server. I'm active on my own server and don't do much beyond lurking on Buddyspoiler, but Buddyspoiler has some cool people, as well, and has a bit more buzz for the game.
  • Finally, I have a Ko-fi page. If you'd like me to tackle a post, $3 will honestly probably force me to do it. That, or you could just treat the page as a tip jar. Either way, I appreciate any donations.
  • Image sources include the Buddyfight Wikia, Buddyspoiler (mentioned above), and the official cardlist. Bushiroad owns Buddyfight, in case that wasn't clear.
This page will likely be updated as time goes on. Enjoy the ride.
